Master Gardeners slate March 19 gardening fair

The Putnam County Master Gardener Association will host "A Gardening Fair -- Something for Everyone" on Saturday, March 19.

Open to the public, the event is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Community Building on the Putnam County Fairgrounds.

Admission is free. Speakers, vendors, a children's booth, a garage sale and door prizes are planned, along with a tree give-away.

The Master Gardeners will be raising funds for the scholarship program.
