Offering in-depth edification in the important field of "Barbecue and the Blues," this course may require some advanced research (involving bourbon tasting!), but we don't think you'll mind the homework when we plan to bring down the house during the final exam with DePauw professor Steven Snyder and special guest, nine-times Blues Music Award-nominee Tad Robinson. All proceeds support local outreach programs through Music on the Square. www.brownpapertickets.com/event/2494090
