Nancy Marie Mays

Nancy Marie (Hammond) Mays, 74, Greencastle, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2016.

She was born on July 27, 1941 in Greencastle to Albert and Marie Hammond.

Nancy was a 1959 graduate of Fillmore High School. She attended New Providence Baptist Church in Mt. Meridian.

She was preceded in death by her infant child, Lisa Marie Trout, and her parents.

Surving are her children, Diana Mann (Mike), LeaAnn Phillips (Tim) and Lance Trout; three stepchildren, Mark Mays, Lisa Rosas and Laura Arriaga (Carmen); along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 14 from 5-6 p.m. with a celebration of life service at 6 p.m. at New Providence Baptist Church. Pastor Brice Leblance will officiate.

Interment will be private at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to New Providence Baptist Church Memorial Fund.
