Reelsville VFD chicken and noodle dinner set Sept. 1

REELSVILLE -- Krambo's, Reelsville Water Department and Hassler's Trucking present the 4th annual chicken noodle/beef noodle dinner Thursday, Sept. 1 at the Reelsville/Washington Township Volunteer Fire Department.

The dinner is set for 5-8 p.m. with a blood drive slated 4-8 p.m.

Dinner includes chicken noodles, beef noodles, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, salads, yeast rolls, desserts and drinks. Free will donations will be accepted with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the RVFD.

The reason for the dinner is to help the fire department raise funds for new fire hose that is in need of being updated.

The fundraiser is scheduled in conjunction with Krambo's Bike Night, and is open to the public!.

Donors can preregister to donate blood on line at Indiana Blood Center, at Krambo's, the Reelsville Water Department or Hassler Trucking.

Air Evac will be on site, and will offer tours and everyone also can check out the fire equipment.

The band Dead Give Away will perform. Vendors will also be on site.
