Lunch Box Music: Live Music for Hungry Ears

Local jazz geniuses Randy Salman and Steve Snyder will give a free lunch hour concert for your listening pleasure on Friday at M2 in downtown Greencastle. Included on an informal program of chatting and playing will be such classics as Cole Porter's "Night and Day" and other light-hearted live music tidbits. Bring lunch and enjoy the music!

The renowned ISO returns to the Green Center with three-time Grammy Award-winner Hilary Hahn, whose gregarious personality reaches out to students, new listeners and anyone with a love for music and the arts. This all-Prokofiev program, conducted by ISO's internationally acclaimed music director Krzysztof Urbański, features Hahn on the ravishing Violin Concerto No. 1 in D Major.

Master Class with ISO Timpanist, Jack Brennan

Green Center, Room 1115

Following Sunday's Green Guest Artist Concert, ISO percussionist Jack Brennan will offer a timpani master class. In Indianapolis, Brennan is very active as a teacher and performer with the ISO's Partnership Schools program and serves as a section coach for the Side-by-Side program. The public is also welcome to attend this free class.
