To the Editor:

The Greencastle Music Fest promoters would like to give a huge thanks to all the generous supporters who helped make this event happen on Saturday, Aug. 27.

Dave’s Heating and Cooling celebrating 30 years in business, York Family Automotive, National Center for College Cost, Headley Hardware, Greencastle Pediatric Dentistry, DePauw University, Inn of DePauw, Putnam County Tourism and Visitors Bureau, First National Bank, Gary and Susan Lemon, US Foods, Putnam Plastics, ReMax Cornerstone Real Estate Team, Eric and June Wolfe, Almost Home Restaurant and Identity Salon.

Thank you to the band Ellusion, Joel and Tosh Everson putting together a great Motown tribute with War Radio and the Louisville Crashers for a fantastic show on a beautiful summer night.

To all the volunteers and supporters who helped with set-up, tear down and clean-up. The generosity of friends, family and Almost Home staff who donated their time to help with food and beverages was very much appreciated. Thanks to Showtyme Sound for their efforts with the amazing production.

And last but not least thank you to the City of Greencastle for allowing us to put together a free Music Fest that brings people from all over to our stellar community.
