Blues and Ribs

Banner Graphic/Nick Wilson Fusing two all-American pleasures of a good weekend, the Roachdale Ribs and Blues Festival featured some of the best of both worlds. Blues Side Up (left), featuring Steve St. Pierre, rocked despite some inclement weather. Meanwhile, Andy Fischer (above left) of Roachdale arrived early to to start his full-sized smoker and Chris Ambrose of Brownsburg cooked in two smokers he fashioned from clay flower pots.
