Annual Ridpath Pancake Supper set for Thursday

The Ridpath Primary School will host its annual Pancake Supper on Thursday, Nov. 3 from 5:30 - 7 p.m. at the school on 711 S. Central Ave. in Greencastle.

Pancakes will be served with sausage and milk.

Ridpath students will provide musical entertainment in the gym throughout the evening, with kindergartners to perform at 5:45 p.m., first-graders at 6:15 p.m. and second-graders at 6:45. There will also be a raffle put on by teachers and staff and a book fair in the PTO room for parents.

Tickets are available at the door, and cost $5 for adults and $3 for children ages 3 - 12.

Originally, the Pancake Supper was on election night with local politicians cooking the pancakes and serving the supper while they waited for the election results. Contests for who could sell the most tickets were also held among the students.
