Banner Graphic/ERIC BERNSEE The timely selection of citizenship winners in the Greencastle High School Character Education Program made November honorees out of freshman Cody Phillips and senior Mary Bousman. GHS Assistant Principal Jennifer Finnerty (left) and her Character Education Program co-sponsor Lisa Duggan present the awards to Phillips and Bousman, who were selected from among 17 GHS student nominees by teachers and staff for exhibiting uncommon citizenship. They each received $25 from the program, funded by Balfour, which provides graduation items, including caps and gowns, to GHS.
