Greencastle High School’s baseball program is sponsoring its inaugural “Holiday Hitting Camp” on Dec. 30.

The camp will be from 1 to 3 p.m. in the high school gymnasium, and will be for any students in grades 1-7 (not limited to Greencastle students).

The camp will be conducted by new varsity coach Ben Wells, along with past and present Tiger Cub players, and is designed to provide instruction and batting drills to improve and increase development in strength, technique and mental approach to hitting.

Cost is $15 ($10 for additional children in immediate family). Pre-registration is requested, but not required. Participants are to enter door No. 5 at McAnally Center and bring a bat and glove.

Registration may take place online at https://ghshittinghcamp2016.eventbrite.com or by cash or check at the door.

Contact coach Wells at bwells@greencastle.k12.in.us for more information.
