Monday, January 30, 2017

CLOVERDALE -- The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) has announced that eastbound and westbound traffic on Interstate 70 near U.S. 231 (Exit 41) at Cloverdale will be stopped for approximately 15 minutes Wednesday, Feb. 1.

The closure will begin after 9 p.m., weather permitting, INDOT said.

Endeavor Communications will be removing a phone line over the interstate, necessitating the brief closure. Indiana State Police will be assisting with traffic control.

INDOT reminds motorists to follow the posted work zone speed limit, use caution and consider worker safety when traveling through a construction zone.
