GHS National Honor Society to host blood drive Friday

The Greencastle High School chapter of National Honor Society will host a blood drive Friday from 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Conducted by the Indiana Blood Center, the blood drive will take place in the multi-purpose room at the south end of the school.

Several spaces will be reserved for the blood drive in the upper parking lot. Additional parking will be available in the lower parking lot.

NHS is conducting the drive in conjunction with National Wear Red Day, with members wearing red to bring attention to the fact taht heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women in the United States.
