Spice up St. Patty’s Day with annual Red Cross Chili Supper

The annual chili supper to benefit the local chapter of the American Red Cross is scheduled for 5-7 p.m. Friday, March 17 at the National Guard Armory, located at the corner of Arlington Street and Shadowlawn Avenue in Greencastle.

Chili, cornbread, desserts and drinks will be offered for a free will offering.

Also included in the St. Patrick’s Day-themed event will be music by Jackie Gibson, a silent auction, announcement of the children’s coloring contest winners and representation from local heroes with Greencastle City Police, Putnam County Sheriff and fire departments.

All proceeds will stay local to assist Putnam County residents and their Red Cross needs.
