Lisa Ellen Tandy

Lisa Ellen Tandy, 58, of Fillmore, passed away Friday, March 17, 2017 at Hendricks Regional Health in Danville.

She was born Oct. 21, 1958 in Indianapolis, to the late Louis Neil Tandy and Marilyn (Henry) Tandy Ray.

She had been a school bus driver for the South Putnam Community School Corporation for 12 years.

She previously had worked for the Central Indiana Blood Center and the State of Indiana.

Survivors include her son, William D. Cruse of Fillmore; siblings Christopher L. Tandy of Camby, Tamara L. Rice of Mooresville, and Douglas R. Tandy (Janice) of Indianapolis.

She was preceded in death by her parents and stepfather Rev. James L. Ray.

The Rev. Andy Kinsey will conduct a service at 7 p.m. Friday, March 24 at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 S. U.S. 31 (Morton Street), Franklin, where friends may call Friday from 4 p.m. until service time. Burial will take place at West Newton Cemetery in Indianapolis.
