Veterans Home Donation

Greencastle American Legion Post 58, the Legion Women’s Auxiliary and the Sons of the American Legion (SAL) recently donated more than $600 worth of supplies to the Indiana Veterans Home in West Lafayette for use by veterans residing there. SAL Squadron 58 adjutant Richard Coffin (second from left) delivered the items to Betty Westfall at the Ernie Pyle Hall. Joining Coffin in celebrating the moment at the local post are (from left) SAL sergeant-at-arms Jeff Bray, Coffin, Linda Tyler, Women’s Auxiliary President Teddi Beard, Julie Woods and Post 58 American Legion Commander Dave Hollis.
