Two nights of music in store at Wasser Brewing Co. April 7-8

Wasser Brewing Co. will mark the first weekend in April with two nights of live music at the 102 E. Franklin St., Greencastle, establishment.

Friday, April 7 enjoy a double dose of original Americana music with The Hammer and The Hatchet, a duo with Bloomington roots, followed by the return of Greencastle’s own Black Market Vinyl. The show starts at 8 p.m.

On Saturday, April 8 Indianapolis-based Bigfoot Yancey makes its first Wasser appearance. A staple at Indiana festivals, Bigfoot Yancey has been a featured act for the last two years at the Virginia Avenue Folk Fest.

Drawing from many genres, Bigfoot Yancey’s blue-collar sound is deeply rooted in acoustic Americana. The band will be promoting its soon-to-be-released album, “Hills.” Music starts at 8 p.m.
