May the Fourth be With You

Thursday, May 4, 2017

Staff at the Putnam County Public Library came to work in style for May the Fourth. From left: Taylor O’Brien (youth services librarian), Ellen Harris (circulation assistant), Conni Wrightsman (circulation manager) and Mike Acsbok (technology director). Cora Beasely, 4, of Cloverdale, stares down her paper opponent and aims her “laser blaster” for the kill.

Banner Graphic/Chelsea Modglin Kierra Albright, 11, of Greencastle, aims a ball into a trash can while mom Trena Miller, of Cloverdale, and brother Jaylen Albright, 8, of Greencastle, look on.

  • Yes, the cutline that appeared in the paper (which appears here with the last photo) was misapplied to the picture of Cora Beasley (the second photo). A correction will appear in tomorrow's paper.
