Cloverdale Schools hosting annual Arts Express fair tonight

Cloverdale Schools will host its annual Arts Express fair for the elementary, middle and high school students tonight.

The events include:

-- Kindergarten, 2nd and 4th grade 2D artwork will be featured in each respective grade’s hallway.

-- 1st and 3rd grade 2D artwork in the main CES hallway.

-- Kindergarten-4th grade 3D artwork in the display cases by the CES office, library and teacher’s lounge (Room 105).

-- The preK-4th grade classroom artwork in the CES teacher’s lounge (Room 105).

-- Middle school classroom projects and Mrs. Moore’s classroom artwork in the CES cafeteria.

-- Middle and high school 2D and 3D artwork in the CMS cafetorium.

-- Local artists Dennis Boothby and Kathleen Glaser in the CMS cafetorium.

-- More middle school 2D artwork in the CMS hallways.

-- Soloists and small ensembles in the CMS choir room from 5-6 p.m. A detailed schedule will be posted outside the room.

-- The Dance Workshop will perform in the CES gymnasium througout the evening.

-- 5th grade recorders at 5 p.m., the CMS jazz band at 6 p.m., and 6th-8th grade bands at 6:30 p.m. in the CMS gymnasium.

-- A buy-one-get-one book fair in the CES library from 5-7:30 p.m.

-- 3D Native American artwork and Mrs. Collin’s recycled projects in the CES teacher’s lounge (Room 105).

-- The Science Students’ projects in the CES cafetorium throughout the evening.

Concessions sponsored by the Dance Workshop will be available in the elementary gym.
