Dale E. Liebert

Dale E. Liebert, 57, of Crawfordsville passed away Wednesday evening, May 10, 2017.

Dale was a fork truck driver at Heritage Products, having worked there for 25 years.

He liked playing golf, bowling, participating in shooting competitions, hobbies he learned from his father and taught his children.

Born Oct. 12, 1959 in Greencastle, he was the son of Eugene Liebert and Gail Hall Liebert.

He attended school at Greencastle.

Surviving family includes his father, Eugene (Lucille) Liebert; two daughters, Maggie (Greg) Queen, and Britney (William) Barth; son Aaron (fiancé Faith Osborne) Liebert; brother Coy Dickey; uncle Bill Liebert; mothers of his children, Angie Lafferty and Cindy Shrout; dogs Nellie and Bailey; many cousins, extended family members, friends and co-workers.

He was preceded in death by his mother, sister Terry Liebert and nephew Mikey Liebert.

Services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday, May 14 at Burkhart Funeral Home, 300 S. Grant St., Crawfordsville, led by Pastor Josh Jones. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor his love of animals by making a donation to the Animal Welfare League of Montgomery County, 1104 Big Four Arch Rd., Crawfordsville, IN 47933.
