PCPL has technician available to diagnose and help repair computers and electronics. Most problems can be repaired in 20 minutes but if your problem is severe enough, or would take longer than 30 minutes to fix, it is recommended you take it to a professional.

Tuesday, May 23

-- Introduction to Word Processing, noon-2 p.m.

Will introduce patrons to using typewriter-like word processing software like Microsoft Word and discuss cheaper and free alternatives to Microsoft.

-- Community Help Desk, 4-7 p.m.

Monthly meeting open to the public.

-- Learn to Play Mah Jongg, 6-8 p.m.

Wednesday, May 24

-- Mah Jongg Game, 12:30-3 p.m.

For all players who know the game (not the computer version). Newcomers welcome to watch and learn.

-- Masterpiece of the Month, 4-5 p.m.

Listen to a story and create your own masterpiece. This month will draw inspiration from Beth Krommes, illustrator of “The House in the Night,” to create own scratch board art. All ages welcome.

--- Yarn Perch, 5-8 p.m.

Need crochet help or crochet companionship? Jo MacPhail will take her Yarn Perch (on balcony above the lobby) every Wednesday evening to help those in need.

Thursday, May 25

-- Community Help Desk, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

-- Parachute Games, 11-11:30 a.m.

Sing, dance and play games with parachutes. For ages two and up.

-- Bridge for Everyone, 1:30-3:30 p.m.

Open game in the Kiwanis room. All who enjoy bridge are invited to attend, regardless of skill level. Facilitated by Dorothy Brown. For questions, contact Barbara Timm at btimm@PCPL21.org.

-- LibrarYoga, 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Free yoga sessions led by certified yoga instructors every Thursday evening. Classes are for all levels. Yoga mats, blocks and straps are available.

Literary Ladies, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
