Blue-Ribbon Splash

With all there is to occupy a kid at the Putnam County Fair, leave it to a little guy to explore Mother Nature in the form of a mud puddle along the midway at the fairgrounds. Right after a sudden burst of rain came down Sunday afternoon, two-year-old Jared Williams -- who accompanied his three brothers and mother Kathryne Williams of Greencastle to the fair -- left the shelter of the Legionburger building to slosh in the closest puddle, even managing to go totally airborne before splashing down.
