The Office of Investigation and Intelligence at PCF received a confession from White that she had smuggled illegal drugs inside her bra during her visits to Derrick Proctor on more than one occasion.

She allegedly most recently delivered a package of contraband on June 25 and subsequently the warrant was requested. Proctor surrendered narcotics from his rectum upon completion of his visit with her.

Proctor is currently serving several consecutive sentences out of Marion and LaPorte counties including aggravated battery, gang activity and trafficking with an inmate. His earliest possible release date is March 15, 2025.

“We appreciate everyone involved including the outside agencies that helped us to get her off the street,” Warden Brian Smith said. “We value our partnerships and relationships with our surrounding areas to ensure that information is passed along and justice is served.”
