Tommy Duane Billings Sr.

Tommy Duane Billings Sr., 51, of Greencastle, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 5, 2017.

He was born July 22, 1966 in Carrollton, Ga., to the late Private Captain Frank and Carol Louise (Farmer) Billings.

He loved gardening, fishing, spending time with his family, and working on his home.

He was the type of person to give you the shirt off his back, if he was actually wearing one.

He is survived by his four sons, Tommy Billings Jr., Eric Lee Billings, Anthony Alan Billings and Tyler Ray Billings, all of Greencastle; two brothers, Fred Billings, Greencastle, and David Frank Billings, Rockville; two sisters, Laura Lawson and Kathy Capps, both of Greencastle; and 11 grandchildren and one unborn grandchild.

A Celebration of Life is planned for 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19 at the Church of God, 505 Main St., Greencastle.

Services have been entrused to Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, Greencastle.
