Putting on an adult carnival Saturday, the Greencastle Eagles Lodge raises funds for the Autism Society of Indiana. As part of the fun, 12-year-old Christopher “Bubby” England, who is autistic, investigates two race cars on site as his father, Chris England of Greencastle, helps lift him into the cockpit of Billy Winsemann’s TQ midget, which will be racing in the nationals at Lincoln Park Speedway in Putnamville Sept. 22 and 23. Meanwhile, driver Hayden Rogers for the Bruns Concrete team (above right) poses with Winsemann and “Bubby.” The youngster even signed the side of Rogers’ race car in another special moment.
