Ain’t No Sunshine

When the chance to watch a solar eclipse came along Monday, hundreds of Greencastle students were prepared with viewing glasses purchased through the district STEAM grant. Second-graders from Stacy Allen’s class Wade Christopher, Lucas Johnson, Sara Cox and Kadence Smith marvel as the eclipse approaches totality shortly before 2:30 p.m. Earlier, Christopher stands alone enjoying the view through his glasses. Meanwhile dozens of Greencastle High School students stare intently at the unique learning opportunity.
