Wanted: High school sports correspondents

The Banner Graphic sports department is looking to add one or two sports correspondents to its staff.

The Banner Graphic sports staff currently has a pool of 4-5 contributors who do an excellent job, but also have full-time work or college obligations that sometimes limit their availability.

Ideal candidates would be high school graduates who are above-average writers, knowledgeable in the rules and strategies of high school sports (mostly football and basketball, but sometimes other sports) and who can be available primarily on Friday nights in the fall and also on Tuesday or Saturday during the winter. Writers can work according to when their schedules allow.
