Real Men Read Funds

Saturday, September 9, 2017
Scorpion Protective Coatings recently celebrated its annual Customer Appreciation and Brickyard Weekend. Scorpion customers from across the U.S. and Canada converged on Putnam County for the annual weekend celebration all leading up to the Brickyard 400. In what has become tradition, the silent auction continues to generate donation dollars for the community. This year was no exception as the Scorpion customers spent more than $2,000 on a variety of Scorpion memorabilia and NASCAR collectibles. Scorpion matched the donation, bringing the total to $5,000 which will be going to the Putnam County United Way to help fund the Real Men Read program.
