The high school ag department unveiled its new aquaculture, hydroponics and food packaging facility in an open house Friday night. In addition to McCormick, the event was well-attended by many members of the community members. “These programs are important for several reasons,” McCormick said. “First, they give students hands-on, relevant experience. And with the economy of Indiana, it’s important to expose students to ag.
