‘Blessing in Disguise’

Trailer and shed alike still sit ablaze Friday afternoon, marking the end of a Thursday fire that saw the destruction of two abandoned structures between the 7800 and 7900 blocks of CR 880 West, near Portland Mills. The site, owned by Robin Maze, is set to become a wedding venue called Portland Mills Springs with an estimated completion date of summer 2018. Crews from Roachdale, Bainbridge, Bellmore, Clinton Twp. and Russellville were present.
