Norsie Buell Brewer

Norsie Buell Brewer, 95, of Bowling Green, Ky., passed away Friday, Oct. 27, 2017 at the Hospice House in Bowling Green.

Norsie was married to the late Walter Dayton Brewer.

She was born in Hancock County, Tenn., on Dec. 6, 1921 to the late Albert and Martha Buell.

She was a seamstress and a longtime member of Greenwood Baptist Church in Bowling Green.

She is survived by one son, Delbert H. Brewer (Kay), Greencastle; one daughter, Evelyn L. Terry (Gayson), Bowling Green, Ky.; five grandchildren, Randy (Melony) Terry, Cynthia Brewer and Jill (Joe) Spiker, all of Greencastle, Lee (Martha) Terry, Shreveport, La., Warren (Patricia) Terry, Lumberton, Texas; nine great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son-in-law and 10 brothers and sisters.

A visitation and funeral service will be held at Stubblefield Funeral Home in Morristown, Tenn., with burial to follow.

J.C. Kirby and Son, Lovers Lane Chapel, has been entrusted with local arrangements.
