Lois Eileen (Laudig) Case, 93, passed away Nov. 18, 2017.

She was the widow of Lewis W. Case, who preceded her in death on Aug. 18, 1982.

Lois was born in Sheridan, Ind., and was the daughter of Ed and Mary Ann "Mollie" (Ballentine) Laudig.

She attended Cloverdale High School and worked as an accountant for many years.

Lois was a member of the Lutheran church. She enjoyed home decorating, crossword puzzles, having euchre parties with friends and spending time with family.

She is survived by her son, Eddie R. Case and his wife Hendrika of Oxford, Ohio; their children, Sarah Case-Lackner and husband Helmut; son Michael R. Case and wife Kelly; son-in-law John P. Monnett of Cloverdale; his children, John W. Monnett and wife Debbie; and daughter Jill Monnett-Kelsey and husband Mark. In addition, Lois is survived by sister Jean (Laudig) Hurt of Phoenix, Ariz.; brother Don Laudig and wife Fran of Lowell; and brother Ferd Laudig and wife Dawn Marie of Cincinnatus, N.Y., and by her great-grandchildren Alexander, Brynn and Ian.

She was preceded in death by daughter Deanna (Case) Monnett; sisters Catherine (Laudig) Jordan, Mildred (Laudig) Williams; Hazel (Laudig) Sutherlin; and Helen (Laudig) Cummings; and brothers Wayne Laudig and Joseph Laudig.

Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 25 at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale, with services directly following at 2 p.m.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Lung Association.
