Monday, Dec. 4:

• Imagination Portal Unplugged, 9 a.m. - noon: Looking for a little quiet time? Enjoy the Imagination Portal without monitors, video games, or music in the background.

• Community Help Desk, 2 - 4 p.m.: A computer technician available to diagnose and repair your electronics. Most computer problems repaired in 20 minutes or recommended to a professional.

• Red Cross Blood Drive, 2 - 7 p.m.: Give the gift of life this holiday season by giving blood. Those who are interested are strongly encouraged to register and schedule their donation in advance. Register by calling 1-800-REDCROSS, or by going to redcrossblood.org and entering sponsor code “pcplgreencastle.”

• Yarn Perch, 5 - 8 p.m.: Need crochet help or companionship? Jo MacPhail will take her Yarn Perch on the balcony above the lobby every Monday evening.

Tuesday, Dec. 5:

• Community Help Desk, 4 - 7 p.m.

• Hour of Code, 4 - 5 p.m.: Explore the basics of coding in a fun and interactive way with the help of friends from DePauw. Computer science is a great way nurture creativity and develop problem-solving skills. Hour of Code is for all ages, but this program is aimed at school-age children.

Wednesday, Dec. 6:

• Play Mah Jongg, 12:30 - 3:30 p.m.: For those who know the game. Newcomers contact Janice at DarksidersMaxine@msn.com to arrange for instruction.

• Brick Club, 4 - 5:30 p.m.: Build creations using LEGO bricks. Your masterpiece will be displayed in the library.

• Ukulele Group, 6 - 7 p.m.: Play the ukulele? Join in every Wednesday for an open ukulele jam. Beginners welcome.

• Time Travelin’ Genealogy Group, 6 - 7 p.m.: This month’s focus is on DNA testing as it pertains to genealogy and learning how to break down brick walls, including adoption. Discuss the various kinds of DNA tests, as well as the companies and websites that host databases. Also plan for 2018 programs, projects and trips.

Thursday, Dec. 7:

• Community Help Desk, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

• Music Makers, 11 a.m. - noon: Sing, dance and play with percussion instruments and a parachute.

• Bridge for Everyone, 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.: Come to an open bridge game Thursday afternoons in the Kiwanis room. All invited to attend, regardless of skill level. Facilitated by Dorothy Brown. For questions, contact Barbara Timm at btimm@PCPL21.org.

• LibrarYoga, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.: Free yoga sessions led by certified instructors every Thursday. Yoga mats, blocks and straps are available.

Friday, Dec. 8:

• Imagination Portal Unplugged, 9 a.m. - noon

• Advanced Word Processing, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.: Discuss the more advanced features of modern word processing software.

• Community Help Desk, 2 - 4 p.m.
