Air on the Square

Thursday, December 14, 2017
Courtesy photos/Jason Vermillion By now the Christmas lights on Putnam County Courthouse Square are familiar enough, but local drone operator Jason Vermillion gives us some slightly different views of festive Greencastle on a recent evening as downtown diners and shoppers keep the square bustling well into the evening hours.

  • I really like these drone pictures of the square in Greencastle. What wonderful shots!!! Especially looking straight down on the court house. I hope the Banner Graphic will use more of this man's talent in getting pics from a different point of view.

  • Beautiful pictures. Great job Jason. I never thought of Greencastle with a sky line and the dome in the court house looks really nice.

  • Very nice! In the future, perhaps several generations from now, this will be the style of photo that those who call this community home will enjoy as much as we do today. Hopefully, the Banner will make available similar photos of this quality soon.

  • Beautiful drone shots! Hopefully the Banner will be using more of Jason's work in the future. Good job!
