-- Library closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Tuesday, Jan. 16

-- Baby & Me, 11 - 11:30 a.m.: Share songs, action rhymes, a book and some playtime to bond with your baby, get to know other moms and gain skills that help prepare baby for reading and writing.

-- Community Help Desk, 1-4 p.m.: A computer technician will be available to diagnose and repair electronics. Most computer problems repaired in 20 minutes or recommended to a professional.

-- Family Movie Night, 5:30-7 p.m.: Join in for a movie night at the library. This month’s showing is an animated film about an orphan girl who dreams of being a ballerina. The movie is rated PG and the running time is 90 minutes. All ages are welcome. Snacks will be provided.

Wednesday, Jan. 17

-- Mah Jongg Game, 12:30-3:30 p.m.: For those who know the game. Newcomers contact Janice at DarksidersMaxine@msn.com to arrange for instruction.

-- Community Help Desk, 4-7:30 p.m.

-- STEAM Powered Wednesdays, 2-3 p.m. and 4-5 p.m.: Tinker, make and create at the library the third Wednesday of each month. Each month will feature a different project.

-- Ukulele Group, 6-7 p.m.: Join in an open ukele jam every Wednesday. Beginners welcome.

Thursday, Jan. 18

-- Toddler Time, 10-10:30 a.m.: Sing songs, hear stories and nursery rhymes, move around to music and action songs and make a craft. Ages 1-2 years.

-- Preschool Storytime 11-11:45 a.m.: Hear theme-based stories, move around and sing action songs, make a craft and have a small snack. Ages 3-5 years.

-- Community Help Desk, 1-4 p.m.

-- Bridge for Everyone, 1:30-3:30 p.m.: Come to an open bridge game every Thursday afternoon in the Kiwanis room. All are invited to attend. Group facilitated by Dorothy Brown. For questions, contact Barbara Timm at btimm@PCPL21.org.

-- Winnie the Pooh Day, 3:30-5:30 p.m.: PCPL is partnering with Greencastle Parks and Recreation to celebrate Winnie the Pooh Day. Enjoy stories, crafts and treats.

-- LibrarYoga, 5:30-6:30 p.m.: Free yoga sessions led by certified instructors every Thursday. All are welcome. Yoga mats, blocks, and straps are available for your use.

Friday, Jan. 19

-- Imagination Portal Unplugged, 9 a.m.-noon: Looking for a little quiet time? Enjoy the Imagination Portal without monitors, video games or music in the background.

-- Community Help Desk, 1-4 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 20

-- Pup Tales, 1-2 p.m.: Read to a dog at the library. Parents can sign up their children for a 15 minute time slot to read to one of the PALS Pups by calling 653-2755.
