Ginger Scott named Citizen of the Year

Ginger Scott accepts the 2017 Citizen of the Year award from Greater Greencastle Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Brian Cox Saturday evening. Other award winners on Saturday night included Small Business of the Year Myers' Market, Large Business of the Year First National Bank and Non-Profit of the Year Putnam County Comprehensive Services.
