In addition to his beloved wife Merrilee, Kevin leaves behind stepson James Kirkwood and grandson Dylan, all of Bedford. He is also survived by his three siblings – Patricia and her husband David Walsh of Holden, Mass.; John and his wife Kathleen of Chelmsford, Mass.; and Michael and his wife Lynda of Charlottesville, Va. He also leaves his mother-in-law Marvel Moore, brother-in-law Kenneth Moore and his wife Kathy, sister-in-law Martha and her husband Gary Schopmeyer; sister-in-law Rose Moore; and several nieces and nephews.

In accordance with Kevin’s wishes, a private memorial celebration for the family was held on Feb. 17 in Bloomington.
