Practicing for the state competition set for March 9 in Indianapolis, the students prepared aranchini, crusted salmon over risotto with roasted vegetables and quartro leches cake with strawberries and caramel.The open house for all students grades 8-12 in Putnam County featured all Area 30 teachers and representatives from nine Vincennes University programs as well as FAFSA help.
