Happy Birthday, Dr. Seuss

About 30 youngsters enjoy a Dr. Seuss birthday celebration sponsored by the Greencastle Parks and Recreation Department and the Putnam County Public Library Friday afternoon in the Kwanis Room at PCPL. The Cat in the Hat (Youth Services Librarian Taylor O’Brien) helps youngsters with some scissorwork as they craft a Cat-in-the-Hat hat.
