Frances E. Walker

Frances E. Walker, 88, passed away on Monday, April 23, 2018.

She was born April 13, 1930 in Quincy to the late Frank Smith Sr. and Dorothy (Black) Smith.

She was a homemaker, daycare provider and dedicated companion.

Frances married Ray "Bill" Hinkle on Nov. 23, 1950 and he preceded her in death June 10, 1980. She married Robert "Bob" K. Walker on Feb. 15, 1986 and he preceded her in death on June 4, 1995.

She is also preceded in death by her loving companion, John Moy Sr. on June 10, 2012; three sisters; four brothers; and a step-grandson, William Walker.

She is survived by her stepchildren, DeAnn (Steve) Heinekamp, Brenda (Steve) Susemichel, Gary (Nancy) Walker, Stephen (Donna) Walker, and Linda (Willard) Frye; 11 step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.

Graveside services for Frances will be at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday April 28 at Forest Hill Cemetery, Greencastle.
