Margaret Elaine Keller

Margaret Elaine (Baumunk) Keller, 73, of New Market, passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at the Bickford of Carmel.

She was born in Putnam County on March 17, 1945 to the late Lewis Edward Baumunk and Helen (Blair) Baumunk-Akers.

Elaine graduated from Greencastle High School in 1963.

A loving mother and housewife, she was a member of the New Market United Methodist Church, the Dubble Duzzen Home Ec Club, the Montgomery County Home Ec Club, and was involved in the Cub Scouts when her sons were younger.

She enjoyed crafts, gardening, cooking and baking.

She is survived by her two sons, Michael (Julia) Keller of California and Steven (Kim) Keller of Carmel; a brother, John (Anita) Baumunk of Lizton; a sister, Mary (Larry) McGinnis of Crawfordsville; three grandchildren, Chloe, Michaela and Anneka; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 6 from 5-8 p.m. at Sanders Priebe Funeral Care, 315 S. Washington St., Crawfordsville.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 7 at the funeral home with Rev. Steve Wilke officiating.

Burial will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery in Greencastle.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the New Market United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 326, New Market, IN 47965, or the Alzheimer's Association, 50 E. 91st St., Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
