Giving ’em a Lift

Representatives of the safety team at Crown Equipment present the Greencastle Fire Department with a Work Assist Vehicle (WAV) recently. Manufactured in Greencastle, the WAV will assist the firefighters in the work they have to do around the station. Members of the emergency response team at Crown chose to make the donation to the fire department. Those present include, (from left) firefighters Tyler Hatfield and Darrick Wiatt, retired firefighter and current Crown CERT Team Leader Jeff Elkins, Assistant Chief Rob Frank, Crown Safety Manager Mark Harbin, Chief John Burgess, Lt. Jason Simonson, Crown CERT Team Leader Devin Maurer, firefighter James Shaw, Crown CERT member Jennifer Upleger, firefighter Jonathan Hawkins and retired firefighter and Crown CERT member Bill Miller.
