BAINBRIDGE -- The laundromat formerly known as the Bainbridge Coin Laundry has been renamed Small Town Laundry, and is completely functional and has already been updated.

Long-time local residents of Roachdale, Kevin and Amber Greene purchased the building earlier this year.

Still operating as a 24/7 business, the new management has vowed to ensure all machines are kept in clean and working order.

The Greenes say they bring a much more local approach to the business and the way it is managed. Located at 101 N. Washington St. in Bainbridge (the corner of Main and Washington streets), its location makes it convienent for local residents, they said.

In addition, Small Town Laundry will soon be expanding to a second location in Ladoga, 100 E. Main St., again focusing on a local, family-owned experience.

Persons can visit the Small Town Laundry website at smalltownlaundry.com or its Facebook page for more details.

Any questions about the facility canbe directed to 765-942-1313.

  • Longtime local residents is a little bit of an overstatement.

  • So newsworthy. Glad they made a spot for this in the "local" paper. Hopefully it made the journal review also
