Margaret Daniel

Margaret (Hance) Daniel, 91, of Coatesville, passed away Friday, July 27, 2018.

Born April 3, 1927 in Illinois, she was the daughter of Alexander “Jay” Hance and Edna (Breenan) Hance.

She married Duane Durwood Daniel and he prececed her in death.

Margaret was a homemaker and did a lot of babysitting. She loved to can and put applesauce up for winter.

She helped her husband down at the Coatesville Lodge by laundering the aprons and pressing them. She also made homemade biscuits for the lodge.

Survivors include her children Gail Daniel of Coatesville and Oscar Randolph “Randy” Daniel II of Coatesville; and one grandchild.

Her parents, husband and a grandson Shawn Daniel preceded her in death.

Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1 in the Bousley Funeral Home, Coatesville. Rosary services will be at 1:30 p.m. and services at 2 p.m. with Father John Hollowell officiating.

Burial will follow in the Coatesville Cemetery.
