So far: Traders Point Christian beat Indiana Deaf 21-6, Noblesville Home School 20-0, Indianapolis Shortridge 16-7, Park Tudor 15-0, Frontier 34-14, Anderson Prep Academy 54-6 and Rock Creek Academy 46-0, lost 21-7 to Covenant Christian and beat Fremont 28-19, Covenant Christian 14-7 and Indianapolis Tindley 30-8.

South Putnam beat Cloverdale 6-0 and Owen Valley 57-14 and lost 20-2 to North Putnam, 12-0 to Greencastle, 40-16 to Edgewood, 44-8 to West Vigo, 47-14 to Sullivan and 63-8 to Northview before beating Owen Valley 42-0, Indianapolis Shortridge 44-13 and Indianapolis Howe 30-14.

Per-game scoring averages: Offense — TPC 25.9, South 20.6. Defense — TPC 8.0, South 24.3.

North Putnam (8-3) at No. 1 Western Boone (11-0)

The coaches: Sam Carnes is in his second year at North Putnam. Justin Pelley is in his sixth year at Western Boone.

So far: North Putnam beat North Montgomery 28-12, Southmont 48-42 and South Putnam 20-2, lost 48-21 to Sullivan, beat Cloverdale 49-14, lost 41-21 to Northview, beat West Vigo 26-20, lost 19-7 to Greencastle and beat Cloverdale 34-0 and 21-7 and Cascade 15-6.

Western Boone has beaten Sheridan 50-12, Lafayette Harrison 26-0, Crawfordsville 69-0, Tri-West 7-0, North Montgomery 60-14, Frankfort 57-0, Southmont 53-7, Danville 46-6, Lebanon 34-20, Indianapolis Washington 49-0 and Tipton 28-20.

GIRLS' BASKETBALL

Riverton Parke (0-0) at Cloverdale (1-0)The coaches: Derek Cleghorn is in his first year at Riverton Parke. Matthew Langdon is in his eighth year at Cloverdale.

So far: Cloverdale beat South Putnam 65-44 on Tuesday. This will be Riverton Parke’s season opener.

History: Cloverdale 65-34 at Mecca last year, and has won six of the 11 games the teams have played over the past 15 years.

Key players: Sammie Shrum led Cloverdale with 22 points on Tuesday, while Tori Combs added 17.

Riverton Parke’s leading returning scorers are seniors Grace Pharr (6.8), Camryn Clapp (6.4) and Mackenzie Scherman (5.2).
