Detective ‘Super Heroes’

Indiana State Police detectives from the Putnamville Post were recognized for their commitment and dedication to their community Friday morning at the Susie’s Place “Everyday Super Heroes Breakfast” in Terre Haute. Accepting the awards are (from left) Det. Don Curtis, Det. Guinn, Sgt. Troy Stanton and 1st Sgt. Jason Fajt. Presenting the awards from Susie’s Place are Kendra King, Trisha Guinn and Julia Fritch. Susie’s Place, a community-based facility that provides expertise in pursing the truth in cases involving alleged crimes against children, also has locations in Avon and Bloomington. In 2017 it conducted 1,340 interviews in more than 36 Hoosier counties.
