On Saturday evening, Nov. 17, Putnam County Hospital hosted its second annual Black Tie Gala at 3 Fat Labs to benefit the PCH Cancer Center.

The evening began with a cocktail hour and silent auction bidding followed by dinner provided by Putnam Inn.

Brooke Trissel, PCH director of marketing and community relations, welcomed the room to kick off the program. CEO of PCH Dennis Weatherford addressed the room followed by Dr. Callaghan of Fransican.

The program concluded with two testimonials from Sandy Wiggs and Paul Geiger, both cancer survivors who shared their heartfelt stories and their terrific experience at the Putnam County Cancer Center. The evening was wrapped up with a live auction hosted by Jeff Rich.

“We are beyond grateful for the support our community shows the cancer center,” Trissel said. “We could not thank our community and sponsors enough. It is amazing to see so many people come out for such a great cause. We are excited to see what the 2019 Gala brings.”
