Margaret 'Margie' Jacqueline Seibold

Margaret "Margie" Jacqueline Seibold, 75, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018, at her home in Lebanon, Ind.

She was born in Peoria, Ill., a daughter of the late Carl and Bessie (Washburn) Haas.

Margie grew up in Phoenix, Ariz., and graduated from high school in Phoenix. She later moved to Putnam County, where she lived most of her adult life.

She was married to William J. Seibold; they later divorced.

Margie worked more than 20 years in food service at DePauw University for fraternity and sorority houses where she adored the college students.

She was an avid gardener and keen birdwatcher. She enjoyed making crafts, cooking and loved all cats.

Margie was a poet and enjoyed writing and sharing her poems.

She was a devoted mother and grandmother who cherished her family and friends dearly.

Her laugh and wit were infectious, and she will be dearly missed by her family.

Survivors include daughters Stacy A. (Neil) Alldredge, Zionsville, and Lisa M. Trammell, Indianapolis; three grandchildren, Haley, Carson and Ethan Alldredge, all of Zionsville; sisters, Kathy Kwaczala, Arizona, and Mary Babanitos, Illinois; brothers: Bill Johnson, Texas, and Fred Johnson, Florida; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by a sister, Pat Lyman.

Funeral services are planned for 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 10 at Myers Mortuary, 1502 N. Lebanon St., in Lebanon.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday at the funeral home in Lebanon.

Interment will follow services at Union Lutheran Cemetery in Whitestown.
