Putnam Scanner for December 15, 2018

Two people were booked in the Putnam County Jail Friday morning.

• At 4:39 a.m., Jeffrey Ray Skinner, 60, Spencer, was arrested by Cloverdale Deputy Marshal Levi App and booked into the jail for possession of a syringe, possession of methamphetamine and dealing in methamphetamine.

• At 2:35 a.m., Kevin Michael Bain, 33, Cloverdale, was arrested by Cloverdale Deputy Marshal App and lodged in the jail for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

City Police

One recent arrest was reported by Greencastle City Police officers.

• At 2:08 a.m. Friday, DCori Antonio Reed, 24, Greencastle, was arrested by Officer Alec Pettit on a charge of domestic battery.

Taken into custody at a Maple Avenue apartment, Reed was lodged in the Putnam County Jail.

One traffic citation was issued recently by city officers.

• At 10:07 p.m. Wednesday, Jason Taylor, 17, Greencastle, was ticketed for speeding by Officer Alec Pettit.

Stopped along Veterans Memorial Highway, Taylor was cited for 67 mph in a 40-mph zone.
