Patching Time

Taking advantage of springlike weather Monday afternoon, Greencastle Department of Public Works employees Matt Jordan (left) and Keith Troxal apply cold patch to some of the chuckholes along Indianapolis Road near the stoplight at the Kroger entrance. Weather permitting, the Public Works Department will continue to patch holes and run the street sweeper this week, Mayor Bill Dory said, noting that a mechanical issue cropped up with the street sweeper while in action Monday. He said hopefully that can be repaired today.
