Tri-Kappa Week

Greencastle Mayor Bill Dory met with members of the Beta Psi chapter of Tri-Kappa Sorority recently to sign a proclamation declaring the week of Feb. 17-23 as Tri-Kappa Week. Kappa Kappa Kappa Inc. (Tri-Kappa), a women’s service sorority, was founded on Feb. 22, 1901. The philanthropic organization, which is only located only in Indiana, has the objective to bring women into close, unselfish relationships for the promotion of charity, culture and education.

It supports various state and local scholarships and charities. Members also delivered flowers to Mill Pond Health Campus residents before their February meeting.
